Parent Fieldtrip Volunteers

This message is for parents who are volunteering for the fieldtrip on Monday.

Hello Parents,

Thank you for chaperoning on Monday. Please be here at 8:25. There will be a volunteer meeting at that time to go over how the day will work. Also, bring a backpack with drinks and a lunch for yourself. You can decide with other parents the option of carpooling together at the meeting (There is an entrance fee of $9.00 per vehicle). Students are not allowed to ride to or from the field trip with you, for insurance and school policy reasons. Your child will need to remain in school until 3:20, as they cannot be checked out after 3:00. Thank you for adhering to these policies, as it makes for a smooth running field trip day. See you then! If we are able to collect enough contributions, we will be happy to pay all of the admission fees for parents.
